Q	Are you looking for new acquisitions?
A	Pacific Rim maintains an active generative program focusing on gold projects in the Americas. The Company reviews a large number of projects every year, but is very selective about potential acquisition targets. To be seriously considered, a potential acquisition must fit with the Company's corporate strategy of low cost potential, must be in a geographic area and geologic environment in which we have a strategic technical advantage, and the potential magnitude of the opportunity must outweigh its cost. Projects ranging from grassroots properties that we stake or option to advanced staged projects or companies that are considered for purchase or merger are contemplated. We have reviewed hundreds of opportunities over the past few years, diligently searching for the right opportunities.
